Taste: Full on the mouth and with a great structure, well integrated tannins
Final Notes: A very long and pleasant finish
Gastronomy: Red meats, game dishes, cheeses, soft cheeses, hard cheeses

HISTORY: A rare and unique wine made from the best grapes from the best vines and from the best "terroirs", with extremely low yelds in an exceptional year,
